Used same company last year and had great experience. Not this year. This year got a text to call them 1 hr and 45 minutes before my cruise. They told it was canceled due to weather, Captain’s call. As you can see below from 4 to 5:30 was gorgeous and no winds. Someone has covid, you are short handed…I would have understood. But to ruin the end of our trip by canceling our plans at the last minute and lie about why you are doing it, totally not acceptable. We saved this event for our last night intentionally and now have no plans and nothing to do since we’ve already done everything else. Cannot recommend any company who cancels and lies about why. Besides, the weather report is the same that it was when I talked to them on the other home 3 days ago to confirm the cruise. Bad customer service.

Decided to take a sunset tiki cruise with some girlfriends. Captain Dan Bytheway was a great captain. Very personable. We saw several dolphins, one decided to treat us with a display of his jumping abilities. (Word was his name was Stanley) Very awesome seen in the natural habitat.

Captain John By The Way was awesome - we four friends had a trip highlighting wonderful cruise full of laughs, great music, dolphins and professional, knowledgeable cruise with Captain John. We'll be back!

My friend and I surprised our son’s with the Sunset Tiki Cruise. We all had so much fun touring the bay and Captain John was an exceptional guide. I will make this a “must” each trip.

Our tour guide/driver John was so much fun. He was knowledgeable about the area and made the trip so interesting. I would recommend this and totally doing it again in the future. Don’t forget to ask for John!!

We went for sunset but it was rainy and cloudy, what we got instead was an amazing family of dolphins! Three babies showing their little pink bellies, priceless! Captain Dan a must! Can’t wait to do it again!

This was the best thing we did our whole vacation! Jessica was awesome at pointing out wild sealife, took us all around the island to check out the awesome beach homes and instantly knew what music to play as we forgot to bring something to connect to the Bluetooth. The Tiki definitely attracted a lot of attention from other party goer's and had everything we needed for a great birthday celebration!

Not as impressed as the other reviews suggest. We set out on the sunset cruise. Little did we know the only conversation would be how wealthy the people living on the bay were and how much damage hurricane Sally did to the area. Almost fell asleep a few times. Would not suggest unless you have a cooler full of liquor to liven things up.
