My boyfriend and I had the best time ever in Boston and CityPass made that possible. Everything was so simple because of it

Aquarium was awesome. We weren't able to do other things on the city pass due to the hurricane Henri. Every thing closed in anticipation of bad weather.

Was fantastic! Started off the day at Aquarium and pre-ordered the harbor cruise tickets at the same time which was Maybe less than 150 yards away! Then was able to go to the science museum in afternoon! People literally saw the tickets and gave you the admission tickets right away! Well worth it especially when the tickets are now like 28-32$ individually!

The historic cruise was AWESOME but be sure to get there 10-15 minutes before your boarding time. We waited until boarding time to show up and couldn’t get a seat outside the boat. It was hard to squeeze everything in since we just did a day trip so if you’re the kind of person that likes to stay at the places for a few hours at a time you may not be able to see every place included. Be sure to reserve your times if necessary at each place! It was a great experience/ day trip!

Every event/thing you chose has different rules, often you need to phone them (and they don’t answer), and you need to go in person to use your CityPass. You are better off buying tickets for each thing individually.

The Aquarium and Harbor Cruise were great! It was good to have city pass staff to help with scheduling or it would have been a bother.

It was very easy to schedule and coordinate our plans around Boston. We had a lot of fun and saved lots of money. Great purchase. We will do it again for other trips for sure!

Bought the city pass for a 3 day weekend in Boston. Unfortunately 4/5 options required advanced time reservations after we purchased and were unable to visit ANY of the venues. Aquarium/Zoo/Museum all booked. Boat tours cancelled due to rain. The other option (Harvard Museum) was closed. Attempted to get a refund an hour after purchasing and was instructed the cancellation fee was the amount of the ticket so NO REFUND. Very disappointing, unable to call the company and just sending emails without responses. Realize covid limited capacity and weather can not be controlled but feeling robbed by Boston City Experiences 😞

Unfortunately making reservations at a couple of these places has been extremely challenging. You can't make them online (cruise, museum, and aquarium) and when you call you have wait times of over 30 minutes. All that to tell you that you have to come really early and try and get tickets in person for the aquarium. Get there only to have almost a hundred people in line in the rain and cold. Very disappointing experience. Then to park in a garage for $40 (only place to park) for your cruise to get there at your time but they cancelled it and you have to wait an additional hour for the rescheduled cruise. Where and what do you do for an hour when it's cold, windy, and raining with your kids/family? They at least validated our parking for $10 off. Kids loved the museum of science! Very fun and interactive. Cruise was okay, just wish the city pass specified what cruise the ticket qualifies for.

This is a good value but the user should be aware that the PASS is a separate entity from the attractions listed. CityPASS services several cities. I had questions after purchasing my passes. The telephone number was answered promptly by a CityPASS employee. My questions were answered but I was surprised to find out that the service was not located in Boston and that I needed to call the businesses directly to get reservations for our party. Otherwise, using the CityPASS was easy and economical.
